Bullying (Children)

Bullying (Children)

Bullying is when someone is deliberately mean or hurts or frightens someone else.   Unfortunately bullying is a common experience for children and young people.

Bullying includes being called names, being hit or physically hurt, being ignored or having things stolen.

Children and young people often find it difficult to tell adults what is going on.  This can make things even harder.

If you being bullied, try and talk to an adult you trust.  Have a look at the Childline bullying leaflet for ideas and advice.
